When I reminded them I ordered iced (it was on the ticket) they went back and obviously poured the hot coffee into a cup with ice. The coffee tasted horrible and the ice melted within about a minute. I always have to wait over 10 minutes at the drive thru (everyone comments about how long the drive thru takes) and they always mess up the orders. This is the last time I will ever go to this Dunkin’ location. I’d rather drive to another town and get good food and service. Zero stars!
