    I went there earlier today. I had ordered earlier on the app for the drive through. I arrived in the drive through and had to wait 40 minutes for my food to come. I was told there was a system issue. While I completely understand the situation and understand how that can cause issues. However, I then received my food and found it was cold and the rice was hard and uncooked. This was after my name was asked multiple times, and saw that the bag for my food was then pulled off the shelf near the window. I find it unacceptable for me having to wait for food for 40 minutes that seemingly was left on a shelf for a while after repeating my name twice over a span of 15-20 minutes. Again I understand that mistakes happen and systems break, but to ask me two separate times over a 15-20 minute timeline, overall 40 minutes, all for the food to be cold and uncooked. I was disappointed with how my service was. Unacceptable.

    Insane that this place is still operating, we walked in and walked right back out. It looked like a food fight had happened in there, every single surface was covered in food and greasy wipe marks. Literally not a clean spot in there, including the floor. If that's what the part of the restaurant you can see looks like, I can only imagine what the food prep area looks like. Unreal.

    Unfortunately this chipotle is by far the worst location I have visited. Living locally, we were excited our area was gaining a chipotle. The first few visits were okay but things took a bad turn the last few visits. We have had 3 full meals missing from 3 separate orders over the last few weeks. I’ve tried calling multiple times and received a coupon that didn’t work from a representative. Tonight was my last straw when I made an online order ahead of time and made sure to triple check my food order and there was an entire meal (3 meal order) missing and missing toppings on another of the 2 meals. I got back in line to be told that the missing meal was in a second bag. Looking at the original bag it said “bag 1 of 1.” All 3 meals fit in 1 bag with room to spare. It’s clear now after multiple times of missing meals something else is going on here. In contrast I recently traveled to Denver CO and had chipotle while visiting and the restaurant was clean, orderly and the food orders were correct. Mistakes happen but this embarrassing.

    Never again! The staff were beyond rude! After waiting 30 minutes for our mobile pickup, we checked, and were missing a full meal, out of 4 entrees. When I told the girl, I got nothing but attitude. So I got one back. I said I just want my order corrected. Then a male staff member came up acting tough, "Whats the problem?" I said the problem is, we've been waiting 35 minutes and still dont have our food! He asked if I wanted to place another order. WHAT?! NO! I want what I already paid for! After another 3 or 4 minutes of attitudes, he finally told me to pull around and he'll fix it.... Without even asking what needed to be fixed. Really? They then closed the window, and locked it. We waited, (no joke) another 25 minutes while people behind us were getting mad. Girl finally opened the window and said "Were going to deny you service, because you made one of my staff uncomfortable." Umm. What??? Only other person I dealt with was Mr tough guy. Did I hurt his feelings? 🤦‍♂️ Wow! So I said fine. Then give me my money back. She declined. Ok, then give me my food... She declined. I asked for a manager. She replied "See my collar? I AM the manager!" 🤣 Oh my gosh! I am SO sorry! I must have missed the collar, all powerful one! Please do not spite me! This store is nothing but overly privileged teenagers that think the world owes them. Made him uncomfortable 🤦‍♂️ Welcome to adulthood! DO YOUR JOBS! And be thankful you even have a job! So if you happen to decide to go here, remember. Talk very quietly. No sudden movements. Never raise your voice, or question their authority. You may inadvertently hurt one of their feelings, and you will not get your messed up order. Oh. And by the way. This was their last chance. After the past 7 or 8 times they messed up my order, I've given them plenty of chances to get better. At this point, I believe they just don't care, and neither do the higher ups. Now on to what they did put in the bag.... 🤦‍♂️ The "Sides" were inside the quesadillas. I mean. Like, all the sides. Mine actually had peppers in it. Rice, beans, everything. And the proteins were ALL burnt. One quesadilla had nothing in it at all. Pictures incoming.

    I have never left a review for a restaurant before, nor do I ever intend to do so again - hence my making of an email for the sole purpose of leaving this one review. I hold the opinion that typically bad experiences at restaurants are not of the fault of those who you are actually interacting with (bad food, slow service, etc.). Today was a completely different story. I went to get lunch at Chipotle. The first speed bump was that they were out of black beans. No big issue - I did not mind waiting a few minutes and letting people go in front of me while the new batch finished up. By the time the beans were ready, however, there was only enough rice for half a serving and they were out of half the other ingredients. Frustrating, but manageable. When I went to check out, I asked for a water cup. I was told they do not have water cups and that they don't have water in the machine. I asked for a fountain drink, then. I was then told that their fountain machine is broken. Very annoying, but still, fine. I grab one of their 5 dollar waters in the display and pay for my meal. Five minutes later, someone comes up to me and says my payment did not go through. I thought that was a bit strange but did not really think twice about it and went back up to pay again. This entire time the staff was playing house music so loudly through the speaker system I literally could not hear myself think. The straw that broke the camels back and got me to write this review is the fact that when I got home and checked my banking apps - both payments had in fact gone through; moreover, they charged me 4 dollars more the second time than the first. I don't know what is going on with this chipotle - but what I do know is that we can no longer allow big fast food to walk all over the average person anymore. I will never be returning to this location again and I strongly encourage you not to either. Chip Otle out.
