  I been going to the one in Norwich CT 06380 for yrs, at the beginning the place was a trash. Dirty table, full over flow garbage 🗑 can. Little by little was getting some better. The pass 3 to 4 months it has been getting bad again. The other day the girl who was preparing the meat got mad because the guy who was serving the food ask her for a new pan of chicken meat. She was wearing ear bug listening to music and that was the reason she didn't hear him when he call her 3 time. Today I was totally disappointed with the place where I don't think I could go back and probably spread the word of how bad the place is. They service me like if i was a kid, im a 56 yrs old guy. I had to ask the guy can you please put more lettuce and cheese because the amount that he put you could count how much was there. Another thing before I forget i been asking for a receive for the pass 6 to 8 months and they said it's not working. That makes me believe that they could be some hack in the charge.

  I love chipotle in general, but I have never seen such a mismanaged restaurant as the Storrs location!!! They run out of ingredients every time I order from them. I would eat here weekly if they ever had enough ingredients to make a meal. Also, when you door dash from them, they send the order out missing all items they are out of. I ordered a burrito and it came with no protein at all because they were out of it. They also ran out of chips, so I paid $10 for chips and queso and they thought it was fine to just not give it to me and not do anything to compensate. I'm extremely frustrated with this location and will never recommend it to anyone.

  False advertising: Showed up on Monday on 4/20 for their Chipolte NHL BOGO offer at 9:15pm (they close at 11pm) and they refused to honor the BOGO for me and several other patrons wrearing NHL jerseys. Manager claimed the offer ended at 9pm ( Chipolte app and website state offer good 3pm to closing.) Boo!

  Always packed out the door because of UCONN kids. Other than that the food is great. Be prepared to have a plan B for food we walked out the other day because we were at the back of the line and they said we had to wait an Hour and a Half for rice which was half of our bowl so we had to leave. They should probably open up 3 more of these in our area AT LEAST.

  My friend and I got burrito bowls. Both of our bowls were cold and the customer service was terrible. We had to wait 15 minutes to get acknowledge for our food and then for them to not have any of our side orders and utensils through the drive-through lane and I had to wait another 10 minutes for just forks. I have been here since they’ve open and honestly the last few times I’ve came here. They have been trash. and this was also through the Chipotle app. We arrive three minutes late than our drive-through time.
