Thanks but no thanks . . last thing I needed this a.m. was a lesson in food ordering on a "machine" that was less than friendly. As a side note, I always use a straw to sip my coffee but in addition to no wait staff, McDonald's now has removed straws, napkins, sugar, etc. I also prefer to add my own sugar but that option, also gone. As for the restaurant decor, its less than homey appearance lacked any and all warmth certainly not one that would entice me to stay and order another cup of Java but then why would I want to tackle the automated ordering machine again??? As I walked out, the gentleman ahead of me voiced exactly what I was thinking, "never again". I should have opted for the local diner where I friendly face would have taken my order and refilled my coffee cup. McDonald's as well as any restaurant resorting to a lack of the personal touch will never see another dime of my money.

- MMMark M4 days ago5.0I love the McDonald's mobile app. They throw more free food and perks at you than you'd believe. And when I use the app, then go through the drive-thru, it's a whole other definition to "fast food". Plus, I always get good food and food service at this brand new place.

You would figure with all the upgraded equipment and the three windows that they would be able to pump food out faster than before. In fact it's slower. Tell me how I order online 15 minutes before I get here and I'm still told to go park in the spot and wait for another 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this place
