  it was almost like the workers forgot about our order, because once we mentioned that we had been waiting 40 minutes (again) was when our food finally arrived (coincidentally i know). and only once our food arrived did we find that we were missing multiple items after a 40 minute wait, watching people who ordered after us get their food first. and it wasn't like we had a large order either. taking into consideration they prioritize drive through, it still doesn't make sense to wait closer to an hour for an order that was still missing key items. go to the one down the street it is 100 times better than this one.

  Horrendous restrooms dirt and feces on walls slogans carved in toilet seats did not use and left to use chicken fila restroom do not recomend whatsoever

  I wish i could give 0 stars. Miserable workers, cant even do simple parts of their jobs. Ill never understand why you guys choose customer service when you hate talking to people. I pull up and say “hi!” And nothing. Dead silence. Was rude as hell and forgot part of my order. This was 3/5 during the evening. I hope management sees this and actually does something about it. Such a miserable experience every time. I worked an 11 hour shift i just wanted some freaking taco bell
