    Late night staff is rude, argumentative and dismissive of customers. I understand it’s near closing time, as I work in food service also and we all dread those customers that show up 5 min before close. Doesn’t change that some people get off work at 1 am and if you close at 2 am you’ll get some hungry people who also had to deal with last minute customers before we could leave and go home- that’s why I get there so close to your closing time. I put customers first and if they order while we are open I treat them as a normal customer without extra attitude same way I would treat the first customer of the day. The rudeness here is extremely unprofessional and all over a frosty because frosty machine “wasn’t working” - AKA they’d already cleaned it before close and didn’t want to clean it again- further proved by the not melted, somewhat fresh frosty on the counter behind the employee when I got to window. Frosty had been paid for on the app already, was told I’d have to be refunded on the app. Which is the worst app to try to get a refund on, a week later I’m still waiting for my refund with no sign of it. I asked about a compensation item that was valued at $1-2 for my $4-5 frosty I didn’t get and was met with attitude. Will continue to drop negative reviews for this place until made right as this whole experience was unprofessional and not deserving of a business to have and maintain any better than a 3 star rating.

    MANAGER IS RUDE!!!! My bf had a door dash, he gave them both names at the speaker , he gets to window theu give him one order. He sits waiting for the other order and the manager gonna say drive around again you didnt say it at the speaker. Maybe pay attention when working and you'd be able to hear. I heard it im sure whole parking lot did bc the speaker echos. There is no need to be rude and ignorant. I think this place would benefit from some training !!!!!

    Went to drive thru on the way home from a long drive. Service was prompt and courteous. Ordered food for a family of four. 10 minute drive home from this Wendy’s. Food was horrible! It was all dried out. The burgers were dry and when I tried to take the bun off the Dave’s single, the bun was fused to the patty and wouldn’t come off. That’s from sitting under the warming lamp for at least ab hour or more. The chicken nuggets were dry and tasteless. Look at this Wendy’s reviews and ratings compared to other ones in the area. This Wendy’s is not up to par!

    The energy level of staff was like barely awake on the morning. Coffee was horrible tasting compared to any fast food chain I,ve been. On complaining they took the same cup and added something which made it taste even worse. Sandwitches were too bland tasting, had to throw away. Only potato wedges were little decent. I normally like all kinds of fast food but this one was the worst of all. Will try not to be at Wendys again.
