  Every time I come there is always an issue. The food is never right the first time. Also, the wait time is even worse. If I do come here I do dread it and even consider a different option for a food place. I have used the mobile app to pick up in store only to wait about 25 minutes for my food that has already been done to find it in the Uber Eats area and was never called out. When I asked if they could remake my food I was told. “It’s still warm”. Although they remade my food I had to speak to another person in order to get that established. Another instance was my order was wrong. I went inside to ask for the plan burrito I originally asked for. The lady insisted that it is in my bag which it wasn’t and appeared to be upset when she had to give me a new and correct item.

  I normally don’t leave reviews but I went there almost two weeks ago and waited in line for 20 minutes and then was at the speaker for another 20 minutes before telling them that I placed a mobile order. I eventually gave up waiting and drove up to speak with someone at the window but waited for another 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and then waited another 10 minutes for my food. There were a lot of staff working as well but there was absolutely no sense of urgency. The food was not hot by the time I got it. I work in fast food as well, and again normally hate to leave reviews but I thought that was unacceptable.

  will never order from this Taco Bell again. My DoorDash driver waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru because the staff was moving extremely slow. By the time my food finally came out, it had clearly been sitting there for over an hour. My tacos were soggy, cold, and completely broken. When the driver asked if they could remake it, the employees had an attitude and refused to fix the order—even though it was obviously old. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If you can’t provide fresh food or basic customer service, you shouldn’t be in business. Do better.
