  I ordered the Festive Turkey Sandwich through the mobile app and was really looking forward to trying it with the warm stuffing and cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, when I got back to the office to eat it, there was no stuffing at all. How do you make a festive turkey sandwich without the stuffing? I contacted the manager and even sent her photos of the sandwich and a copy of my receipt. Hours later, she told me she reviewed video footage and claimed the employee did add the stuffing—then said “sorry if you couldn’t find it.” That response was incredibly disappointing and dismissive. The sandwich itself was one of the worst I’ve had, and the customer service experience made it even worse. I would strongly recommend avoiding the Spencer St. Subway location.

  I order a 6 inch ham and cheese Italian,herb,cheese, bread, sub, with a little lettuce, pickles, mayo. It wat 7:15 pm. When I got home 10 min later, the bread wasn't fresh at all, it was like the bread was sitting there all day. My husband and grandson's subs we're the same way, and the subs aren't cheap. Well, another place crossed off our list.

  I ordered sandwiches through app. It said they were ready, but I waited there 15 minutes. It was around 3pm, even not busy time. Only one person was working there and always late.

  The actual WORKERS are amazing are doing great. HOWEVER I hope the owner sees this because the "manager" is not doing her job and cause stress on the workers as they are picking up the slack. When I came in the manager was up front was not doing anything and instead of helping me she called her worker that was busy washing dishes to service me while she played on her phone. She continued to talk on the phone and just bark orders while her workers are literally doing 8 things. Give a raise to these workers and demote this "Manager" that is hurting the store. I dinned in as I am on break from work and the entire time I was there the "Manager" was not working.
