I really wish the car hops where able to come to the cars at the pull up spots but because they where short staffed, we had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to order. I would say the staff was still in a great mood and cheerful, although obviously very busy and the food was fresh and the order was correct! My family and I have missed Sonic so much since moving to Maine so we went out of our way 45 minutes on our trip to get here.
Very slow, and they close everything but the drive thru at 10:00. And they may tell u the drive thru is closed before maps says it closes. They were out of sprite one time and don't always get the orders correct but one time they did get it close to right.
There is no indoor dining. Until a server comes to you, there is apparently no access to the staff. There are at least three ways to order; drive-thru, pull up to a speaker parking spot or in-app ordering. The food was excellent, the drinks are amazing and that all makes up for the little inconvenience! The staff was polite and helpful despite my accidental entrance through an employee only door🤦♀️

If I could give this Sonic ZERO STARS, I would. I came through the drive thru at around 12am and ordered a double cheeseburger PLAIN with only pickles, extra, and a REGULAR hot dog. Once I got home, we realized we got a double cheeseburger with toppings, AND MORE THAN the usual amount. Our hotdog was also a CHILI CHEESE one, very soggy and almost soaking wet. Listening skills through the headset are CLEARY not good… Also, when I went to pay I asked to use cash first, then card. Without checking with me first, the guy at the window used my card only and goes “yeah so we dont take cash so I just put it all on your card.” Sooo I’ve worked in multiple fast food places and I fear that’s not how it works..! 😭 THEN I go as far as calling the store to tell them they messed up my entire order and if they really don’t take cash. The woman who I hope IS NOT a manager hung up IMMEDIATELY after answering three times, the fourth time she answers, I explain the situation, and she yells, “we don’t take 2 payments so yeah bye!” and hangs up without addressing my incorrect food order or anything. Don’t eat here. Disgusting food, horrible staff, hire new people Sonic.
i ordered two drinks a burger and fries. waited 35 minutes and asked for an update. they forgot my order and i waited 25 more minutes. still no food so i just left. i will never visit this sonic again.
