    I usually get food from here somewhat frequently when there’s a deal on uber eats or DoorDash. My partner while on their lunch break decided to eat their chicken sandwich, lo and behold it wasn’t even cooked all the way. Like Gordon Ramsay would say,STILL RAW :’(

    Ordered food at the stall. The food took forever to get out because they seem to prioritize the drive-thur vs people actually there waiting for the food. When the food arrived it was the wrong order so they had to redo it. When it came out the second time, they were missing an item but by that time, I just waited to eat already. So I let it go. But the worst part is the drink. There was so much ice in it that there was maybe 2 fl Oz in the large. There's so many other options in the area, I would advise everyone to avoid this unless you like the Walmart crinkle cut fries.

    I had a probably one off bad experience. I loaded the app the night before, knowing I would be out that way the next. The app had free fries or soda. The app wasn't working. I decided to do the drive through at that point. Later on I received a notice that I was double charged. What a pain....

    A few days ago i went to order in stall 15 and the amount of disrespect i received from the manager “Evan” it was unprofessional. i asked for the store manager he told me that his boss doesnt have time to talk to a customer about how their feelings is towards the service! Sonic is ran by a bunch of disrespectful people. My friends and family have also been disappointed by the service, this young lady with red hair cant remember her name but it definitely starts with a R, she was very unkind to my sister and her kids! , Everytime there is a issue with the managers not taking us seriously, we have called and called with no answer! ive contacted the health management and corporate ! i hate to have to be the customer who makes a claim on Sonic-Drivein but its getting to a point where im not getting help or any type of reassurance! , ive had fruit flies in my drinks, old bread, and even hair in my ice cream! i can give a big shout out to that boy who has curly hair, that young lady with red braids(i think her name is mya??not really sure though) , and that kind girl named chasity , they have all been so kind every chance i get coming there and they are working :) please start being careful who you invite into your company!-Katie & her family
