- JAJulian AponteFeb 4, 20261.0Online system was down, refused to refund us and told us we had to pay higher prices, we were starving at 11:55pm and had long days at work, they had no compassion in the world and were plain rude, I understand if the computer has glitches but I know dang well you could override prices to match, you just had to show your the people in charge and didn't even care about retaining a customer, flat out worst experience I've ever had to this date at a McDonald's, we drove to Taco Bell and got better service, shame on the manager here, if you want bad service come here.
