    Real disappointed honestly .,my fiancé always goes here every morning to pick up our mobile order before work so I can get my coffee. Is something about Mondays and Fridays that for whatever reason coffee never comes out the way you order it . I ordered a cookie butter ice coffee with oat milk and 1 liquid sugar and I guess she missed the cookie butter pumps and not enough oat milk. Strong and no flavor at all smh . I have to fix it at home and if we pay for it why do we even have to do that ? 🤬

    So I ordered three coffees and all of them didn’t taste the way they should have. Ordered a croissant and they couldn’t even open the bag completely. I’m not sure why it is so hard to get orders right. What are you so busy doing that you couldn’t FOCUS on making orders right.

    I buy a coffee everyday and a glaze donut Coffee has been messed up lately When I decided to talk to store associate about it her answer was we have been training staff So I’m so sorry! But we As Customers pay for our food Why Pay For your new employees That your training mess up on a customer order and then just say so sorry! SMH Time for a new Dunkin spot! Very Disappointing!!!!
