I gave up ordering ahead of time thinking that was the issue. Ordered 2 different kinds of donuts. Got 3 of the same kind. The bacon in the sandwich was making pig noises it was so raw. If you order a bagel, don't be surprised if it comes on a croisant, or vise versa Used to be good. Used to have the same staff working. One would say it is due to staffing. Someone else would say it is managements' responsibility.

Additionally, the gazebo area, which is uncomfortably close to the drive-thru speaker, is frequently occupied by individuals smoking cigarettes and marijuana, creating an unpleasant experience. The location has potential, but consistency and cleanliness require significant improvement.
