We placed a fairly large order, and from start to finish he was incredibly friendly, respectful, and efficient. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t honey available for my tea (side note: if tea is sold, honey on the side would be amazing 😊), but Julis handled everything with such a positive attitude that it honestly lifted my mood. He made the experience enjoyable, moved quickly, and treated us with genuine kindness. Customer service like his makes a real difference. Julis is an asset to your team, and he truly deserves recognition, a raise, and consideration for promotion. Employees like him are the reason customers come back.

I was then told that they did not have cream or half-n-half at that location which is highly unlikely for any coffee shop. The price posted on the donut menu showed $1.69 per individual donut, but my receipt showed that I was charged $1.79 per donut that I purchased. Overall, this particular location seems to be experiencing problems. The donuts tasted okay and the facility was clean, but all other aspects of my experience were poor.
