  I want to take a moment to recognize Julis, who was working during our visit to Dunkin. We placed a fairly large order, and from start to finish he was incredibly friendly, respectful, and efficient. I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t honey available for my tea (side note: if tea is sold, honey on the side would be amazing 😊), but Julis handled everything with such a positive attitude that it honestly lifted my mood. He made the experience enjoyable, moved quickly, and treated us with genuine kindness. Customer service like his makes a real difference. Julis is an asset to your team, and he truly deserves recognition, a raise, and consideration for promotion. Employees like him are the reason customers come back.

  Cashier had difficulty speaking and understanding English. She struggled with understanding what half-n-half and cream was needed to ask other employees. I was then told that they did not have cream or half-n-half at that location which is highly unlikely for any coffee shop. The price posted on the donut menu showed $1.69 per individual donut, but my receipt showed that I was charged $1.79 per donut that I purchased. Overall, this particular location seems to be experiencing problems. The donuts tasted okay and the facility was clean, but all other aspects of my experience were poor.

  We enjoy stopping in here after shopping at Walmart. Alicia is often working. She is always very pleasant and provides excellent customer service. There is always a nice variety of donuts available.
