  Placed a mobile order today. The ticket on the bag was correct, however the food PLUS my coffee were incorrect. I didn’t notice before I pulled out of the driveway, but I did within a few minutes. I was on my way to work so I couldn’t turn around so I opted to call the store. It rang and it’s as if someone answers but their phone must be messed up. There is literally no way to make contact unless I physically went back. That’s not ok. If I make a mobile order, and it has specifics… how hard is it to make it correctly? Also- get your lobby together, your bathrooms been out of order 2 weeks or so. You’re a food establishment and are required to have a working bathroom since you offer inside seating.

  This is my typical Dunkin’ Donuts. In general the service is good, however recently I’ve been receiving breakfast sandwiches with completely untoasted bread.
