  Me and my group went there CHD and we were bullied by a staff member black lady can't remember her name she was so mean and evil to us screaming at us that she can't do separate checks we are young adults with disabilities and we were brutally attacked by this woman

  We went on weekday for my son's birthday.preaty much most games we touched were not working properly. Axe throwing game was scoring on it own. Pong one station was stock to the side akeeball wouldn't read our card .super shot seems they permanently removed all fun motion based games and left stationary basic mode only. Each time took lots of effort to find staff to get money back . We used to go to d & b to play arcades mainly now everything is ticket redemption with hand full of games left.

  We celebrated my son Maximiliano’s birthday at Dave & Buster’s yesterday and it was fantastic! At the beginning it was a little difficult to connect with Sierra, but I want to highlight her kindness and the effort she made to make this event possible despite the short notice. I truly appreciate her help. When we arrived, Kevin welcomed us and showed us the room where the event was going to take place. It was extremely clean and organized. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be allowing hosts to have access to the room at least one hour before the event so they can prepare and decorate calmly. Even if it were offered for an additional fee, it would really help hosts avoid rushing while guests are arriving. Kevin was incredibly kind and accommodating with everything we needed as hosts. What I appreciated the most was his honesty when advising us about the food order. He helped us avoid over-ordering and guided us on what would actually be best for our group, which I found very thoughtful. I also want to thank Zac for constantly checking on us and asking every few minutes if we needed anything. His attention and care were truly appreciated. Overall, an excellent team and an exciting place to host events. Thank you all for helping make my son’s birthday such a happy and memorable experience!

  I think it’s important to understand what Dave & Busters is and what it isn’t. It is a place you can take your kids or friends and have a ball playing games for a few hours. It’s a place to watch a fight or a game with a crowd and enjoy the energy of being in a group. However, it isn’t fine dining or even good dining at that. What you see on the menu and what you get in real life are two entirely different things, and if you expect more you’ll be disappointed. I believe this is the result of multiple elements at play: corporate budgeting, and poor employee selection with few options. During our visit, we were served a salad with wilted lettuce (slimy and clearly expired), the strangest “wings” I’ve ever been served, and a bus boys cart pressed against our table as he cleared plates from a large group. We asked him to move and he responded with a vacant stare. My steak was below average, and waitstaff needed to be flagged down for refills or the check. I’m not hard to please, but for the price I expected better food quality and customer service. I know it’s hard to find good help, and maybe it’s too much to expect for a “kids place”. But if we go back (strong emphasis on “if”) it will be strictly on the arcade side.

  I hosted my son’s birthday party at Dave & Buster’s, and the experience was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. We were told our food would be served at 1:45 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 2:00 PM, cutting into our two-hour party reservation. Because we were instructed to eat first and let the kids play games afterward, this delay immediately reduced the time available for the kids to actually enjoy the party. The service was also very poor. Our package included unlimited fries and unlimited drinks, yet the fries were never refilled after the first serving, and drinks were only refilled once after I specifically asked. After dropping off the food, staff checked on our table only one time and then were completely unavailable for the remainder of the party. When someone finally returned around 3:00 PM, it was only to present the bill. At that time I discovered a $96 automatic gratuity that had never been discussed or disclosed when the party was booked, which felt extremely misleading and resulted in a significant unexpected cost. The same staff member then told us we had 30 minutes left and needed to be prompt because another party was coming, and the way it was said felt dismissive and unprofessional given that delays on their end had already taken time away from our party. The food itself was also very disappointing. It was dry and barely warm, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. To make matters worse, we arrived 15 minutes early and were simply told to go to the back without anyone guiding us to our reserved table. We had to find a staff member ourselves to confirm where we were supposed to sit. Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, inattentive, and poorly managed, and I left feeling taken advantage of. This was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for my son, and the service did not reflect that.
