- DRDenise Review2 days ago1.0I'm unsure what the issue is. I've been visiting this DQ for 10 years, and over the past three, the food quality has declined significantly. When I order, I often don't receive what I paid for; for example, I paid for a double cheeseburger but received a regular one. Fries, which used to be a highlight, now come in a much smaller portion and are soggy and inedible. Please, management, address this issue, as it reflects on your oversight and the management of this location.

They continuously give me Vanilla Ice cream mixed with pure Graham, cracker and 3 frozen strawberries on top.I can count them every single time I go in. I guess I don't wanna make a scene or something.But i'm so angry! And yes , i've given up , i'm never getting that again. But why do I have to continue to pay for it?Why aren't they taking it off? I've talked to the people , and they literally shrugged their shoulders and leave. At this point I don't even feel safe buying it , because i'm afraid because i'm doing something to it by this time. How hard is it to read a manual?And see that they're supposed to do a middle tunnel , and still it was strawberries? Its not rocket science. There's gotta be others that happened to. I would like to talk to a manager. Believe me I have plenty of pictures
