Call out someone to see if they are in back of store to come out. Still no answer. I couldn't even get my money back because no one came out. Very irresponsible running business.

After waiting for the two staff members to finish their personal conversation, one of them looked at me and said, "Oh, we don't have any donuts." I told her the machine said they did and took my money. She then said, well you should have looked at the shelves. You can see there are no donuts." Pointed out I'm not responsible for their inventory control. Manager came out and basically said the same thing. I should have checked their shelv3s before ordering. No apologies. No offer to give a refund. They all just stood there stupidly staring. I had to demand she give me my money back. Rude. Incompetent. Arrogant. Go anywhere else but Dunkin Donuts.
