- CMCatherine MDec 26, 20251.0I used to enjoy Panera Bread, but the quality of service has become unacceptable. The last five orders I’ve placed have all been missing items. When ordering delivery, customers can’t check the bag—so accuracy is literally the bare minimum. I paid for specific items and did not receive them. This is not a one-off mistake; it’s a pattern. Employees are paid to prepare orders correctly, and right now that isn’t happening. Do better.
