When ordering delivery, customers can’t check the bag—so accuracy is literally the bare minimum. I paid for specific items and did not receive them. This is not a one-off mistake; it’s a pattern. Employees are paid to prepare orders correctly, and right now that isn’t happening. Do better.

I had a little more than what you would call a safe dose and lived as the soda dispenser in this Panera Bread for 7 years. I was trapped in my head for 7 years. I remember everyday, I was the entire machine and people would press on me and soda would come out of my eyes. Every time someone would press down on my and soda would come out it felt as my optic nerves were in a vice being squeezed. I lived as that machine for so long, watching customers of all sorts come in and out, wondering if they are getting soda or not. Praying they got a coffee or one of those charged lemonades (like the one that killed that girl). After the year on the calendar said 2030 I woke up. Back in 2023! I had a small headache but went to Panera bread and got a soda and I think that was an internal fight I won. I defeated my inner demons by drinking from myself. Anyways I'm making great stride with my therapist these days!
