Second time we have been there since they opened. After a long football game we stopped to get burgers for the boys. I placed the order through the app so iit woyld be made correctly. The order was almost $180. 4 out of the 5 meals were made wrong. They toppings were literally whatever someone there randomly selected on 3 off the burgers. Not one of our burgers wasn’t supposed to have lettuce on them, but they all did. All of the other condiments were things we didn’t order or want. One of the burgers wasn’t what I ordered at all. It was instead the cheesy burger I think. The french fry containers were half full. I called at 9:40 to share my experience with the store and surprise - no one answered the phone. I attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were new the first time we visited and they were learning. Tonight the place was dead. I placed the order after 8pm. There were at least 4 people working there. I have no issue paying for good food. I have an issue with this establishment charging restaurant prices and delivering McDonald’s level service. Our last visit was tonight.

25 min wait... $23 for a "little" cheeseburger, "little" fry, milkshake. Tables weren't bussed, floor was a mess. I was #36... but 32-35 & 37-42 left with their food. Mine? Was sitting on a shelf getting cold. Luckily someone noticed and spoke up. Instead of standing around talking to your friends between customers guys- you might want to make sure all the foods correctly gone out, trash is emptied, tables are bussed, and people are happy. I've never eaten at a 5guys before. This was my 1st impression? Ill never go back. 2 stars because the cash register dude was at least friendly and smiled.

Ordered 3 burgers, a regular fry, and a large fry through Uber Eats. Bag was sealed when food arrived, and both fry cups were only 3/4 full. Definitely not worth $98.00 if the fry containers aren't even full.

When I had arrived at the restaurant yesterday afternoon and placed my order, a lady in a black shirt was very disrespectful to me, and abusive/disrespectful towards the other people working, over small mistakes. My food was practically cold when i got it and overall it was a negative experience, the people behind the counter looked miserable and I would not recommend dining here until action is taken to fix these issues.

I've always been a fan of Five Guys and was thrilled to see this new location open! Same great quality as other stores I have personally never had a long wait or issues with my order like other recent reviews. That being said I tend to try to avoid it during peak times. Just went for my second visit and so far so good. I also get the no bun burger bowl option highly reccomend for those looking for low carb keto options!
