    The food was disgusting had to go ask them to remake my bowl as it was so bad the tables were disgusting. Look like they haven’t been cleaned since they were open. they were all sitting around talking rather than helping a customer. There were drinks and food left on the table from previous people. when I told the worker that my food tasted very bad, she looked at me offered to remake it, and then, as I walked away, she sat and talked to all the other crew members about me. The worker asked a woman to hold on for her order as she went outside to go take a phone call and two other people followed to play on their phone Their drink machines were empty, and all their food were basically empty as well. would have rather went to chipotle ANYWHERE ELSE than ever ate there again

    I was excited to try Chipotle, but I will be sticking with Moe's. The food was good, but there are understaffed. They were out of chips. After waiting for twenty minutes in line, the manager finally hopped on the line. The place was a wreck and they really need more employees and a better system. I understand that they just opened, but if Chipotle doesn't want to hire a proper number of employees, it's not worth the time. Also, the queso is the worst cheese sauce I've had in my life, it doesn't resemble cheese sauce at all.

    I understand this location just opened, so some growing pains are expected. That said, there are clear opportunities to improve efficiency and overall workflow. During my visit, it seemed like roles weren’t being used effectively. One employee was standing at the register waiting, while another handled orders one customer at a time, which slowed things down. Meanwhile, the employee managing online orders was the only one moving at a fast, efficient pace—she may be better suited for handling in-store orders during busy periods. It might also help to better distribute responsibilities—for example, having the person currently taking in-store orders assist with online orders when needed. Additionally, more hands-on involvement from the shift manager could help keep things running smoothly. I also noticed only one cook working, which resulted in limited food availability. While being short-staffed is understandable, optimizing how tasks are assigned could significantly improve output and customer experience. Overall, the process could be tightened up to create a more efficient and organized operation.

    We placed an order to be picked up, we work locally and only have so much time to take breaks, so when the one of us went to go pick up the order, after about 45 minutes of it being placed to ensure it was ready, it was not. She ended up waiting an additional 30-40 minutes waiting for the order. It was only for two people mind you. And when she returned the break was well over, and when she went to grab her order from the bag it was missing. Not only is time management and HUGE issue, but quality is non existent. We called to tell the manager we were missing her order. So we were reassured it would be ready when she got there. It was not. She waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for her order with no apology or anything accommodation whatsoever. We work in customer service and are all very disappointed that this is a pattern with this location. We were very excited and looking forward to Chipotle opening. Even now one of my associates has waiting an hour for her order.

    I ordered a catering size meal for my family through the app. When I arrived they hadn't seen the order and proceeded to tell me they "were out of everything" including guac, cheese, meats etc. I asked if they were making more and she said yes but it would be 2 hours before it was ready and that I could come back at 9pm. As for the appearance of the restaurant; it was a mess. There wasn't a clean table. Food was scattered on the chairs and the floor and even the register counter was smeared with food. Ice spilled all over the beverage counter and soda on the floor. There were several employees but I only noticed one that was making guac. A few others were hanging out chatting. The woman who I interacted with with unapologetic and low-key rude. It was a terrible experience. Wish I had read the reviews first.
