Very upset ordered ice cream cupcakes like it poster on building, and I get these things definitely NOT what I was expecting. Won't be going there again and don't want others to have same experience. They are also made ahead and frozen so definitely not the Valentine's Day cupcakes they promote. And then had to ask for the rest of our order! Also it's chocolate crunchy in photo and I got chocolate syrup. Definitely a BIG disappointment 😥😞. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO WASTE MY MONEY TO NOT GET WHAT IS SOLD TO ME IN YOUR PICTURES DONT THINK SO MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GIVE DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS WHOM HAVE PROOF OF THIS CREDIT OR MONEY BACK ETC THIS CRAP ISNT FAIR....BUT NO 2NCD CHANCES WILL GO TO CARVELS
