  I'm a lean mean propaganda machine. The best McDonald's the world has to offer, really. Their number 8 meal was fantastic for when you needed to feel something, if not anything, but definitely not superior.

  They messed my order up I ordered a happy meal and 4 chicken strips and a wrap When I went to the pick up window they was chatting and not even looking at at me telling me what's going on I waited for 2.minutes at the drive thru then they got gave me my order not even polite to say good evening Now I got my order my kids were happy drove off them to find out they didn't put the chicken strips in the bag I was already on the highway when I found out So if I could give a - on the service I would have

  I’m a transportation driver and frequently pass through Hartford while working. When you drive for a living, finding a restroom can be very important during long shifts. I stopped at this McDonald’s hoping to use the restroom, grab a quick breakfast, and wait for my rider. The bathrooms were locked, which I understand is sometimes necessary in busy areas. However, I went to the counter prepared to buy food and ask for access to the restroom, and no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help, even though staff looked directly at me. A simple “How can I help you?” would have made a big difference. Drivers like me are working long hours and often rely on places like this for a quick stop. I hope management encourages staff to be more attentive to customers in the future.
