    What's the point of the mobile app allowing a drive thru order if the employee at the drive thru window won't hand it to me? Why make me drive back around the building, park, go inside and get my own order when you can walk literally five steps and hand it to me?

    My food was cold the staff is very rude in the drive thru plus they made me wait inthe drive thru before anybody said anything and while ordering they keep saying that's it after everything I ordered

    Never in my life would I review fast food but I’ve never had my mind blown like I have by this place. I’ve tried to get a chocolate frosty which is on half the poster in the building and they do not have chocolate ever. I didn’t know that was a situation. It feels like the McDonald’s ice cream situation, but it makes less sense cause it open of the 2 flavors. I’ve never gone to a Wendy’s and this is the case and it’s been a year of trying. Why go back you might ask well it’s about a 1 minute drive from my house so why go out of the way to another Wendy’s. Also the rudest people I’ve ever experienced at a fast food place and I’ve had my fair share. But I’m also new to Connecticut and it could just be those people were raised here and never learned a manner in their life but hey to each their own. Wendy I hope you clean up your spot it’s a joke
