  Took over 25 minutes for them to complete an app order. None of the staff bothered to greet any of the customers as they would come in. Its Subway so I didnt expect "Welcome to Moes!" But looking up and making eye contact isnt very hard. Waited a bit as most of the time there was only one person behind the counter. He went in the back a few times, the shelf for online orders remained empty. About ten minutes goes by, another clerk came in and I finally asked. His reply was a mere "you can get your chips" as he pushed the sandwich and drink cup towards me before turning his back. This is a perfect example of why asking for tips before service is extortion instead of part of the transaction. Avoid this place as this is the second time I have been in here in about three months and is likely to be the last. On the brightside, the sandwich even cold, was pretty darn good. Subway seems to be excel at chasing away customers. If there is only one person waiting on your store and you have an order it wouldn't take a lot of effort to ask if it's there's or at least put the order on the shelf so it can be seen.

  The few times I went to this Subway I had great customer service. However, on this particular day, the woman there was VERY aggressive and rude. I severely regret tolerating and paying for that horrible customer service.
