    Clean youre disgusting bottle return area or i will contact corporate offices. Go in your store get a gallon of bleach and get one of your workers scrubbing. If its not clean next time I go there I promise managers will be fired.

    I had to jump through hoops to BUY a low dollar amount money order 🤦‍♂️ I literally had to go through 2 levels of store management and being interrogated before I was allowed to BUY the money order 🤦‍♂️ I told the store manager he could have asked me for an I.D. instead of interrogating me in front of other customers. Stop & Shop as a whole stopped selling a fish that I often purchased from them and it was a popular fish 🤦‍♂️ I was able to find it at Big Y and as I was telling the person working in the seafood department at Big Y about Stop & Shop stopped selling the fish, another customer overheard me and started telling me about her experience at Stop & Shop and how they discontinued selling the meat that she likes to buy from the deli 🤦‍♂️Most of the items "on sale" at Stop & Shop are the everyday prices of other grocery stores 🤦‍♂️ Horrible management 🤦‍♂️

    Lost my wallet near the entrance and didn't realize until I got home, went back was told nicely by one of the associates there they found it it's just in a lock box, had to wait for the manager to come, and 5 6 minutes later he shows up pressing me who it belongs to. I tell him me and my name at least 5 times,he then disappears to the office, comes back tells me there's no id into and asks what's in it and what type it was. I pull out my id and then he chuckles Oh I didn't check there, and then says you're welcome. There's no reason to be arrogant like that, that's how you lose customers. The employees were great but he was nasty.
