People who ordered meals or larger orders were receiving their food before me even if they placed their order after. The most slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and customer service is terrible. Saw 4 workers leave during their peak hour and they care more about serving the drive thru than the customers inside the store.

Gente así no sirve para trabajar en atención al cliente. Pésimo servicios, muy pésimo.

We had to go to the counter to ask for the rest of our food and the coffee that was order with our meals wasn’t even filled. We was served less of half of a cup of coffee with more foam in it and no type of sweetener in it. We had to keep getting up to ask for what was missing in our orders it was annoying I can’t really say I was satisfied..

I go here multiple times a week and my order is wrong more than it is right. I am constantly having to drive back to have my order corrected and nothing else is offered for the inconvenience except for them to remake the item. Also using the mobile app which in theory should make it easier for them to not make a mistake. At this point I am debating never coming back.
