  This location is the dirtiest ive ever seen in all my life. I walked in and kids were smoking weed. There was garbage EVRRYWHERE. I tried to order at the kiosk and a receipt didnt print. I went to the counter to speak with the manager and the guy asked her to come over and she didn't acknowledge me. This place needs new management

  I was disappointed by the way customers are treated. The place was also very dirty and not well maintained.

  This store deserves Negative 10 stars!! The lack of professionalism and the way the employees speak to the guests is atrocious!! Tonight I go in to pick up an Uber delivery order and ask the girl working if they could make fresh fries. She said no. I said wait, what, she said "what, you heard me, I said No! When the bin is empty we'll make new ones, and dont give me the if a customer wants fresh fries we have to make them bs" i had no words and left knowing i didnt want anything from this place again!! Everyday i come for uber and this location should be shut down!! Between the homeless sleeping on tables or asking for money and the students that come in after school and cant act appropriately and respect other guests or staff and the property need to be held accountable for their actions!! Its insane the punks are sitting on tables, smoking weed in vestibule, starting fires in tbe restrooms, dumping urine in the soap dispenser, flooding the toilets, and just acting like animals meanwhile the cops are sitting outside not doing a damn thing!! Thats a daily experience at that location and nothing ever gets better and no one gets held accountable!! Today i go in to find a smashed door because someone didnt like that theu have to close the lobby now between the hours of 2pm and 4pm because high-school aged kids dont know how to act!! THIS IS REDICULOUS AND NEEDS TO CHANGE OR SHUT DOWN!!!
