On top of taking for every to one take my order via drive thru, two waits 5 minutes to be charged 3 wait another 6minutes for one iced matcha latte to drive off on my way to get my kids and see HAIR inside my latte. I call no supervisor on shift and all I was asked was if I had a receipt. No apology or anything just make sure i got my receipt. First and last time!
