  I get the same coffee everyday and yet there are days where it’s messed up and the older Puerto Rican woman at the window always has an attitude when I ask for it to get fixed today she told one of the other girls to come to the window cause she could deal with being at the window today also there are times where I get food from them and it’s frozen still how can u not tell it’s frozen wen u touch it to put it on the bagel,English muffin, or croissant

  If i could give 0 i would. On top of taking for every to one take my order via drive thru, two waits 5 minutes to be charged 3 wait another 6minutes for one iced matcha latte to drive off on my way to get my kids and see HAIR inside my latte. I call no supervisor on shift and all I was asked was if I had a receipt. No apology or anything just make sure i got my receipt. First and last time!

  I havent had too many bad encounters but the food, the coffee is usually never with what we request inside and usually gives off just water and coffee that's it. We also had a time where my order couldn't be fulfilled because someone "didn't know how to make munchkins" and "they just worked there" I had to have it replaced with what they thought can be replaced value wise. Then received my grill cheeses a mess and clearly rush cooked. She said she was the only one working when a man had spoken to me through the speaker previously. I have no issue with the people. Great people when they wanna be. But the food definitely needs to he helped.
