  It was a great experience, however they got my coffee wrong twice, but everything was resolved quickly. The food was good and the coffee was excellent.

  I had to yell for the worker to finally notice me because she was wearing headphones and listening to music and then she just giggled and went back to listening to her music.

  I use to like coming here, but I stopped for a while. There’s certain people in there who would make your food, and the food is cold or something you wouldn’t let anybody even eat. But there are some in there who are actually doing their job correctly.

  Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing at this location. Over the past few weeks, the store has not been opening on time. The posted hours say it opens at 5:00 AM, but on several occasions when I arrive around 5:30–5:35 AM, it’s closed no one to be around or the store is just beginning to open. At times, it does not open until 6:00 AM. This issue seems to occur only when the same gentleman is working the morning shift. He takes a long time to get started, appears to be in no rush when taking or preparing orders, and often has an unfriendly attitude. A few times he has even forgotten part of my order, such as my drink, and I’ve had to remind him—even though I was the only customer there. On the other hand, when the ladies are working, the store always opens on time. Everything is ready, the service is efficient, and they are cheerful and welcoming. I wanted to share this because it’s becoming a pattern, and it makes a big difference in the customer experience. I hope this can be addressed so that mornings are consistent and customers can rely on the posted opening hours.
