The girl at the window was getting an attitude every time she spoke. When I got to the window I had regular cream and a full cup of ice. When I POLITELY asked for it to be made the way I asked, this lady who was further inside of the window started screaming and swearing about my mother and I wanting less ice. LITERALLY at the top of her lungs & going off about people thinking less ice means they get more drink. More cream actually gives me less of a drink once it's stirred, so it was a stupid argument and a crazy thing to get mad over when she made my drink incorrectly. I plan on contacting someone in the head office directly because, judging by all these reviews, this horrible staff has been an issue for a while and no one has fired these two horrendous women & given the job to people who should be working in customer service.
