My drink was made incorrectly twice. When I requested a refund, I was told the manager was not available, and I could not get my money back. The staff repeatedly made mistakes with my order, and it seems like they lack proper training. I am very disappointed with the customer service and hope this issue can be addressed. The employee I spoke to was named. Desiree definitely won’t be coming to this location again.
