  I went to the hamden location of taco bell today and couldnt help but leave a review. I was completely appalled by the way the staff was speaking to her employees. I ordered my food and then quietly waited for it to be completed. while i was there. i witnessed one of the managers screaming and harassing her employees to “hurry up and help the line” while she was actively not helping her employees. from what i could see, everyone was working and on task and my food only took 3 minutes so i personally dont understand why she felt the need to be so publicly shaming her staff. i asked one of the employees for the managers name and they said bochi (sorry if i miss spell). food was great, management needs some training on how to speak to others.

  “ i love taco bell in hamden, specifically today I came through to get a cantina quesadilla, I noticed this sweet young lady and she’s always overly bubbly and sweet, I came here in the beginning of the week and noticed she was overwhelmed, but still trying to keep it together, I just want to write this complaint and let her know that we all see the great things she’s doing to keep it up !!! she is short n always wear a claw clip in her hair

  The people in drive thru were very nice, and they were quick as well! Love the positive vibes from the workers and the food was piping hot 😝😝

  Our orders are always wrong and stale. Probably one of the worst Taco Bell locations I have ever been to.
