  This is the second time my son, sister and I are having stomach troubles after eating burger with a week. There is definitely something wrong, it’s not been like this before.

  So I have ordered from McDonald’s many times and there are some good people there. But several times I ordered delivery and pick up and they have not given me my whole order or it’s cold. Today I sent my friend to pick up my order which I have done plenty of times and there manager refused to let him get it. I don’t have transportation that’s why I ask him to pick it up. There is no rule on their app that says someone else cannot pick up the order. He had the copy of my order so I made a complaint I guess their store manager called me and got snotty with me and told me that from now on that’s the rule. Don’t get me wrong I understand some people are scumbags and try to get a free meal but I’m not one they could at least said listen we aren’t giving anyone their food without the app order but since you didn’t know here. No they were rude and so was the store manager. So I ended having to go with my friend and wouldn’t you know they didn’t even ask me for proof of purchase. When I called corporate I was told some managers do what they want. I worked at McDonalds for almost ten years and never treated our customers like this. I would of been fired if I treated customers like this. I spend a lot of money in that store due to my work hours I don’t deserve to be treated like that. On top of that you try to call me up and start with me smh. I am still talking to corporate and I’m going to call again because all he did was give me his name not his title.
