    The service here and the food is fine as any other Wendy's, but my issue lies with the charging practices. Several times when ordering combos, I've been upsized without being asked and then charged for the upsize. During my visit today, I was told only Medium and Large combos exist for the main items as well as the biggie bag/similar meals. Every other franchise has smalls, and never would they upsize/charge without first asking. Again, the staff has always been kind, but the practices here are shady, and if I'm not careful, have cost me on more than one occasion.

    Takes forever to order and receive food when going through the drive through, even through mobile ordering. Honestly the worst Wendy’s in terms of service and speed.

    Doing delivery. Worse than normal Wendy's. Got here, nobody in line. 2 tiny orders, made me pull forward 15min ago. Still nothing. Don't answer phone. 2 customers pissed. Blocking this location from the app. 2 people behind me now pulled off loudly. I'd leave too if this was for myself. No communication. No excuses. TERRIBLE 😔. Won't be returning here ever. You're hurting drivers, inconveniencing customers.

    I'm very disappointed with the Uber delivery from Wendy's. I intended to surprise my family, but I was charged a high bill with several missing items. I also received numerous incorrect orders. Please be more careful when handling large orders and avoid rushing. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through by phone, so I had to contact support here. I've reported all issues to Uber Eats customer service. I used to love this place, but after years of loyalty, I'm now completely dissatisfied.

    It’s shocking that this place is able to stay open. Always out of ingredients or entire menu items, disorganized and sometimes unpleasant staff, often closed when apps etc say they’re open, slow wait times, and at night every single light blinking at a different seizure-inducing rate. I hate to post a negative review, but everyone should stay away from this place.
