Employee was nice but could not just charge me for the cold cut combo and give me the BMT I always get cuz she said she'd get in trouble . She tried to call the manager but couldn't reach them . MY COUPON LITERALLY SAYS - " Excludes footlong snacks , the beast , 5 meat Italian , & garlic roast beef " SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THE BMT .
