Even more impressive is the manager, the guy with the acne scars and Johnny bravo hair, who seems to think basic communication is optional. After waiting in the drive through for 5 min, he finally tells me to move up, it’s gonna be a minute, and shuts the window. No apology. No manners. Just attitude. Customer service clearly is not part of the job description here. Has happened multiple times. The ego on that short man is absurd. You work fast food act like it.
