If you’re going to have a drive-through, you need to make sure there’s somebody to take orders right away so you can make food continuously. I spent 20 minutes in this drive-through the other day and the only reason I didn’t leave was because I had already paid on the mobile app

My dad ordered 2 coffees and a bagel , we pay and the girl hand us our coffees and has the same sticker on both coffees when they were two different kinds , well suppose to be . My dad asked which one is which and she gives him and attitude and says idk . She was terrible and rude no one cares anymore .
