    My food wasn't fresh at 8am. I asked for a receipt so I could leave a survey and the cashier said no.

    If you have 20 minutes just to stand at the counter waiting to be helped, sure, go here! I’ve had enough of this place, I tried giving them a few more chances after many messed up orders, drive-thru workers holding up the line talking to friends in the window, extreme wait times when they aren’t even busy. Today I left, without my order, because I left my house 20 MINUTES early to be sure I’d have time to stop here. That’s where I was wrong! I stood at the register and waiting upwards of 20 minutes unhelped. I’m done, I’ve been going here since March of last year and they just get slower and slower. The workers aren’t friendly enough and the orders aren’t consistent enough to deal with this everytime.

    I could not speak more positively about this location! The staff is incredibly friendly and gracious! I was having a rough day and they made me smile with a donut to turn it around. My coffee is always made perfectly at this location too! Thanks for all yall do!!

    How is this place even opened ? You made a matcha drink without matcha . You didn’t provide the donuts we ordered. And you did not provide napkins or straws. Who is running this place?

    Ordered avocado toast for a VEGETARIAN and it not only came out burnt to a crisp, but there was bacon on it. Then the bacon croissant I ordered had next to raw bacon on it. Not to mention the long wait and bad attitudes. Will not return, I see why the rating is so low.
