This location need new supervision and more a staff ready and willing to work . Sad that it is in convenient location but poor customer service and wait time for a large coffee is outrageous.
- LLlittledebby01Sep 21, 20251.0This place is awful and there’s always a long wait with no customers , food comes out cold or burnt black . Every time I go through the drive thru you can smell pot . Last time I went through and could smell it and went to drive up after placing my order and one of the employees was sitting in the steps outside the back door smoking a joint right next to the drive through land . I was in my car looking on my phone and taking a pic of myself and my kid who just came home from college two days before . The employee walked back into the store and then came outside and stormed up to my car window and yelled at me “excuse me , why are you taking pictures of me” , I told her I wasn’t and she stormed off . Maybe if she wasn’t doing drugs while working she wouldn’t be so paranoid . I know it’s legal in this state but while working ? I will never use this location again , not once has it been even an “ok” experience
- JCJodi ComoSep 20, 20251.0I literally sat in the drive through for 30 min. This has got to be the absolute slowest Dunkin at no fault of the people who work there! There never seems to be more than one or 2 people working. I have even tried ordering ahead on the app and it’s never ready when I get there and I still have to wait 15-20 min. The workers are miserable and often rude but I can’t blame them, they probably are miserable!!! 😞
