When I was about to leave the store I clumsily spilled my entire large iced latte all over the floor; and he immediately offered a free replacement as he got the mop. He was nice to talk to as he cleaned the spill! The other person on shift also made my replacement incredibly fast, I wish I was able to get his name. Overall, the current workers have really improved my experience for this Dunkin location. Keep it up y’all!

The employees have zero sense of urgency or care for their customers — they’re always sitting around at a table behind the counter, eating, talking, or staring at their phones instead of helping the people waiting to order. Every single time I come here, my order is either wrong, cold, or made with no effort at all, and it’s become a running joke between me and my friends about how this location can never get anything right. The store itself is disgusting — the garbage bins are always overflowing, the floors are sticky, and it looks like nobody has cleaned the place in days. My friend recently ordered an avocado toast, and they dumped so much “everything bagel” seasoning on top that there was barely any avocado left — it was basically just a pile of salt and seeds on a dry piece of bread. It’s obvious that the workers here have no pride in their job and no interest in making sure customers leave satisfied. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would, because Dunkin’ should be embarrassed to have their name on this location.
