The employees have zero sense of urgency or care for their customers — they’re always sitting around at a table behind the counter, eating, talking, or staring at their phones instead of helping the people waiting to order. Every single time I come here, my order is either wrong, cold, or made with no effort at all, and it’s become a running joke between me and my friends about how this location can never get anything right. The store itself is disgusting — the garbage bins are always overflowing, the floors are sticky, and it looks like nobody has cleaned the place in days. My friend recently ordered an avocado toast, and they dumped so much “everything bagel” seasoning on top that there was barely any avocado left — it was basically just a pile of salt and seeds on a dry piece of bread. It’s obvious that the workers here have no pride in their job and no interest in making sure customers leave satisfied. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would, because Dunkin’ should be embarrassed to have their name on this location.

It took us 22 mins to get our order of a hot and cold coffee, two muffins, and a donut and the coffees where already done we were just waiting on the food items for over 10 minutes and they just have to be bagged. The store was filthy the floors were gross and there were no paper towels or toilet papers in the bathroom. There were 4 women working, no drive through consuming their energy and less than 6 customers in the 20 minutes we were standing there. The one that seemed to be cooking the eggs and touching the food products had her long hair down near the food. I had to beg for my last two items and the girl with the two colored hair couldn’t be bothered to walk it down to me and addressed me as “hey spidey” to go to the other end to get the donut from her. Absolute worst Dunkin experience ever!!!!!!!!!
