  Worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to the staff was young and unknowledgeable, asked for midnight coffee and she said okay knowing that they didn't even serve it at that establishment nasty attitudes and purposely messed up my coffee asked for light and sweet and it was so much sugar in there it was undrinkableI just kept it moving I won't be back there. Maybe they treat their friends and family better I don't know you can take your chance.

  Horrendous experience. I ordered a Box of Joe and two dozen doughnuts. I was helping host an interfaith craft night in the community. The coffee was watery. When I asked if the large bag included the doughnuts, I was told yes. Come to find out it didn’t. Sure it was my fault for not noticing the weight discrepancy but when we went back to ask about the doughnuts, they completely played dumb and said they didn’t have them. Don’t gaslight me Dunkin. I have been chasing my $60+ refund for almost two months for this large order, and gotten nowhere with corporate. Unreal. They promise the store manager will call me and that has never happened. Then, they had the audacity to claim they’ve reached out. I have no voicemails or emails. Shocker, you have to stay on hold a good 15 minutes until you get a real person who ends up not being helpful at all. The virtual chat has been “down for maintenance” every time I’ve checked. As a longtime customer, I cannot believe this experience and Dunkin’s unwillingness to make it right. I am truly hoping that the staff isn’t also responding to the fact I did share it was an interfaith craft night. Next time I’ll make sure I leave time and hit up Whitney Donut. Shop local!

  November 1st and there is NO BAGELS ONLY ENGLISH MUFFINs & croissants! NO BACON COFFEE HAD COFFEE GRINDS IN MY CUP. Don’t waste your time or money. Oh and please get a MANAGER who has customer service skills. If she doesn’t want to work there then she should leave. Every morning she’s miserable with a face, you bring anything to her attention and she’s super dry and doesn’t care to resolve the issue. DO BETTER DUNKIN

  Every single time I come to this Dunkin I have always felt welcomed, not only that this particular time I came in from a different Dunkin down the street from dixwell where they didn't want to remake my drink even after I just kindly asked him if they can just change it because it wasn't done correctly, I brought this drink to this Dunkin and also ordered some food because they were all out in the other dunkin' donuts and they kindly ended up even changing my drink because I didn't want to throw it out and just wanted them to add whatever needed to be added. The girls are very polite the place is always inviting and decorated very cute which is why I will continue to come here instead of the other ones no matter how far it is from my home. The girls always do such a great job to be accommodating and I appreciate their service very much
