- ZSZulaiska SeguinotOct 25, 20255.0Every single time I come to this Dunkin I have always felt welcomed, not only that this particular time I came in from a different Dunkin down the street from dixwell where they didn't want to remake my drink even after I just kindly asked him if they can just change it because it wasn't done correctly, I brought this drink to this Dunkin and also ordered some food because they were all out in the other dunkin' donuts and they kindly ended up even changing my drink because I didn't want to throw it out and just wanted them to add whatever needed to be added. The girls are very polite the place is always inviting and decorated very cute which is why I will continue to come here instead of the other ones no matter how far it is from my home. The girls always do such a great job to be accommodating and I appreciate their service very much

Server said no and the person making food said they need all the money they can get. HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY RUDE. UGH.
