  Ordered ahead through the app 10 minutes prior to arriving. I arrived my bagel was just coming out and placed down I grabbed it and waited patiently for my coffee. Several people ordered at the counter and got their stuff and walked out so I politely asked “hey excuse me sorry but I am waiting on a coffee “ she responded by throwing her hands up and said “it comin” and shook her head like I bothered her. Even some of the customers raised their eyebrows in a little shock and I laughed it off. I did eventually get my coffee but not until I bugged her once or twice more and at that point I was aggravated. Next time I will go around the corner and find a different Dunkin that doesnt waste my time or patience. Not to mention the bagel tasted stale like it was yesterdays bagel but it was 8am in the morning like come on do better

  Purchased a med. matcha latte and when I opened it half of the cup was empty. I waited in the drive through for 10 min to order. I should not get a small when I paid for a med. I went to call when I got back to work and of course no answer. You can do better!

  My 1st time going this location and was disappointed. Service was good and people friendly but do NOT know the proper way to make an iced coffee, hot double-brewed poured over ice. Will not go back.

  The last couple times here haven't been so great. This used to be the Dunkin I would always go to, but not anymore

  Everytime I buy dunk from here, whether it’s walk-in or take out, the order comes back messed up. Whether it’s a sandwhich or a drink. If you DoorDash don’t use this one AT ALL . There isn’t a number to call to correct the problem either. 0/10.
