    Always soo crowded. Only a few people actually work here while everyone else chit chats. The lady with the glasses and the nose piercing is a hard worker. The big guy with dreads is a nice guy. The managers are all awful, lazy, and disorganized. Its such a badly run store. I feel bad for those employees

    Stuck in the drive thru line for a solid 10 minutes! Couldn't even wait to order when I got to ordering spot because I was late. This was the 3rd and last time I'll ever go to this location.

    I am writing to formally escalate a serious concern regarding my recent experience at your location at 1399 Dixwell Ave in Hamden, CT 06514. During my visit, I was assisted by the on-duty manager, Bella, and the interaction fell well below acceptable standards. I ordered mini bagels, which were served cold. When I respectfully brought this to her attention and asked that they be properly warmed, I was told to “go home and reheat it.” This response was dismissive, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a management position. This interaction not only demonstrated a lack of basic customer service, but also left me feeling uncomfortable and as though I may have been treated unfairly. Situations like this require professionalism, accountability, and respect—none of which were demonstrated. What is equally concerning is that this experience appears to reflect a broader issue. I have come across similar complaints from other customers regarding inconsistent food quality and poor service at this location. This points to a failure in leadership and oversight that should be addressed immediately. I have been to this location in the past and experienced much better service under previous management. The decline in both professionalism and overall customer experience is clear and unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for my purchase, as well as appropriate compensation for the poor experience and the manner in which my concern was handled. More importantly, I expect this matter to be reviewed at a corporate level, with appropriate corrective action taken to ensure that no other customers are treated in this way. Please treat this as a formal complaint requiring follow-up. I would appreciate a timely response outlining the steps being taken to address this issue. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one even took my order. When I asked if anyone was there they said “one minute”. 10 minutes later and I’m still sitting there. I drove by, all three employees are just sitting behind the counter talking with no customers at the counter inside. Look at the most recent reviews for this location and tell me how they’re still in business. Lazy management, hiring even lazier employees. Not coming here again

    Wow. I call this the Dunkin Disaster. Today is my last visit to this DD. There are 3 others in the vicinity that are way better. It blows my mind they continue to get my order wrong. From the potholes in the parking lot, to the terrible drive thru setup, to the "I cannot hear you" when placing an order through the speaker, to the product they are out of weekly, and the order accuracy, I am done! I gave them 3 stars for the food, cause how can you mess up a basic donut. Go down to the DD across from the Home Depot. Way nicer, They have all the menu items, and yes you have to go inside but its worth it. As you see the other reviews on here, I am not wrong!! They need to shut down, re-hire, re-train from the manager to the staff. I am "in the business" so I know what to look for regarding guest service... and this place is not it anymore for me. Do better Dunkin.
