- MOMateusz OchwatMar 22, 20262.0It was my first time at this location. The floors are very dirty with pieces of garbage everywhere I looked. The floor needs deep cleaning. Also, the front counter was sticky and the only empty table was dirty. The manager and employees at this location should be ashamed of themselves.

When I was about to leave the store I clumsily spilled my entire large iced latte all over the floor; and he immediately offered a free replacement as he got the mop. He was nice to talk to as he cleaned the spill! The other person on shift also made my replacement incredibly fast, I wish I was able to get his name. Overall, the current workers have really improved my experience for this Dunkin location. Keep it up y’all!
