- RGRahul Gaddam4 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’. The staff was rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. I barely had enough time to even look at the menu before being rushed to order, which made the whole experience stressful. On top of that, the place was not clean at all — tables and the overall area looked neglected. For a place that’s supposed to be quick and welcoming, this was far from it. Definitely needs improvement in both customer service and cleanliness.

- LLLinNov 22, 20251.0Sat at the drive tru for a long time and wasn't acknowledged. I called out and no one answered. Drove up to see if anyone was there. I saw a girl standing there eating and casually talking to her coworker. So I saved myself a headache and went somewhere else.
