- BBBenjamin5 days ago2.0I was trying to place my order on the touch screen that wasn't working. It was amazing. I loved it when the worker looked at me. Didn't ask if I needed any help. Sees me struggling. Still didn't ask if I needed any help so I just walked out. With no line in the drive thru or inside. You permanently lost the customer. This is the second or third time it's happened to me at this location. If you can't be bothered with being able to take somebody's order inside, maybe you shouldn't have inside dining and it should just be an Express location like Dunkin donuts is doing.

- SAScout ArtApr 4, 20265.0I got a biggie bundle and a 6 pc nugget despite how much I probably shouldn’t spend that money and when I received my food I was so happy to find I’d been given 7 chicken nuggets that I started sobbing And to my delight I find even the fries are perfectly salted, the patty to bun distribution of my cheeseburger was the most perfect I’ve ever had it, and my lettuce was crispy and refreshing while my patty actually looked like chicken I have no idea what underpaid worker assembled this meal for me but I hope that you are blessed with only the most tolerant of customers and the easiest shift I hope a rich man comes through your drive through and drops a spare 100 dollars he didn’t need I don’t think you know how much this Wendys meant to me today and if you are reading this I love you
