    There was a buy one get one subway deal but only if you ordered it online. So I ordered it online and got two vegetable sandwiches. I checked off everything that I wanted on my sandwich. When I got My sandwiches I was very unhappy. I had asked for a regular amount of Lettuce, regular amount of tomatoes, green peppers, onions, black, olives,, banana, peppers, extra mayonnaise, and salt and pepper. I took a 20 minute walk to pick this up and a 20 minute walk back and when I got back, I took a couple bites of my sandwich and I realized there was like no pickles on my sandwich which I’d ask for extra of. And barely any lettuce at all. I called up and said I apologize for complaining, but there’s barely any lettuce at all on my sandwiches and I asked for extra pickles and I don’t have extra pickles. The lady who had picked up handed the phone to someone else and I had to explain my situation again and she repeatedly said over and over when you order online if you ask for extra pickles that means eat pickles and we gave you way more than eight pickles. Honestly, I don’t even think I had eight pickles on both of my grinders let alone one. I asked her if they could remake them for me. I didn’t mind bringing back the grinders. She told me that she would reach out to her manager and then call me back. 20 minutes later I called Back and she said the manager said if you wanna bring in the sandwiches, you can have new ones or we could just give you extra lettuce and extra pickles. I asked to have new ones made. When I walked all the way back I was told that if I wanted new ones made that the manager said that I would have to pay for them. Or I could just have the extra lettuce and the extra pickles. I was appalled. I had just walked another 20 minutes and was under the impression that the sandwiches were gonna be made in front of me when I got there if I gave them back their other sandwiches and instead was told I can only have new ones if I pay for them. And repeatedly told by this girl that they definitely gave me more than eight pickles on my sandwiches. She says and printed how to ticket, and pointed at it over and over it says eight pickles and that’s all you get unless you order in person. This is what you get when you order online for now on so you know. Even though I know we gave you more than eight because we don’t count them out like one, two, three, four, five, all the way to eight. I couldn’t believe that she was giving me such an attitude and accusing me of lying about what my sandwiches had look like. And found it acceptable to have me go all the way back there only to tell me the only way I’m getting new ones if I pay for them. This is terrible Customer Service. I can’t believe the Customer Service these days from establishments like this. It’s disgusting.

    03/01/26 Every once in a while, you can actually go into a subway restaurant: and get everything that you wanted, and NOT have to ask for anything 5 or 7 times. This time, the bread was super FRESH, SOFT, The restaurant appeared to be very clean, and the employees were available right away to serve me! Paulus she wasn't "STINGY" with the vegetables. 😊 I didn't have to repeat myself so many times. She listened, and gave great service. She didn't complain about how much, or little I asked for, she just served me as a respectful guest. I hadn't ever been to this subway previously, but I can honestly say I can recommend them to you, as my experience was great, and I honestly was expecting less than what I got, sadly, whereas we live in a world 🌎 these days that great customer service has gone out the window of the previous year's. Great Job guys, (KEEP UP THE GTREAT WORK)....

    Attendant was very rude. It started with her response to me asking about the two for Tuesday special and her response was we don't do that here and rudely said it's only online. Then when she started making the sandwich she started slamming the bread on the counter,she then started breaking up the cheese because it was not peeling smoothly, she then slammed the chicken on top of the cheese and then stated there is nothing here for free. So after that inappropriate comment I just decided to walk out of the store with my wife.
