  At 5:30 pm on a Saturday, I waited for 50 minutes in the drive through. I wish I could say this was an exception but this has quite literally been my experience close to every time I’ve come to this location. It’s disappointing to wait so long and then receiving an inaccurate order is the cherry on top. Beware!

  Absolutely delicious. The chicken cantina bowl seems like a pretty healthy and delicious option. My only complaint is not being provided spoons

  Came through the drive thru after coming home from a 1 hour drive from the hospital because my sister was in critical condition at the hospital. Stopped by to get Taco Bell before going to sleep since I hadn't eaten all day. Despite spending most of the day crying, I was super nice to the girl with the blue curly hair and face piercings with lots of "please" and "thank you"s. Not sure if she was having a worse day than me but she was incredibly rude, kept rolling her eyes at me and when I asked her for the hot sauce I had asked for earlier that she forgot, she gave it to me with so much attitude but I still said "thank you so much have a good one" to which she replied "mhmm" in a sarcastic tone and slammed the window in my face. Being mean isn't a personality. Thanks for forgetting part of my order and making an already terrible day worse.

  Placed an order at the kiosk. Waited 20 minutes, asked when it would be ready, they asked forme to pay, I said again, when will it be ready. The response was " I can't give you an eta". It was 6 soft tacos and 2 soft drinks. Other people asked for a refund and they couldn't even count back the proper change. Horrible experience. We saw 3 people walk out while waiting.

  If you want fast food, think again. I’ve actually waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes with only 3 cars. I’d like to say this is rare but it seems to happen regularly at this location. Also, check your bag before you drive away because they usually forget items. The soda machine is never mixed right so if you want anything other than Pepsi I guarantee it will just taste like seltzer. They actually told me it just looks off because we didn’t put a lot of dye in it. Nope…you don’t know how to make Baja Blast zero. It’s been over a year since you got it right!
