  The drive through at this place is the slowest thing ever. Like bro hire more help or alter the drive through so that people can dip after 40 minutes of waiting. Never a good experience. Not sure why I keep trying.

  This Taco Bell is pretty good but the wait is soooo long! Today i waited 22 minutes from the time I pulled in til I got my order (granted there were 6 cars ahead of me). Thats over 3 minutes per car wait and the way the drive thru is, once you're in you're stuck.

  It’s good. I love the catina chicken taco and burrito. The prices are ridiculous, but it’s worth it if I feel like craving that.

  Unfortunately -10 stars is not an option!! Tell me why my kids went to Taco Bell and there wasn’t even a line around the building (maybe 6 cars ahead of them) they are still sitting in the drive thru for OVER 1hr and 20min?? This Taco Bell should just shut down, no one seems to know what to do here, how to work and keep the line moving, where is the management?? The worst part is you can’t get out of the line due to their set up, it’s like they trap you in the line!! I personally stopped going to “this” Taco Bell after Covid, it’s like every employee just got stupid and forgot how to do the job or is it a greedy corporate/franchise issue where they don’t give enough hours for the job to get done?? Whatever it is, it’s ridiculous!!! Im not even gonna get into the inconsistency that’s a whole other issue, nothing is ever the same or something is bound to be wrong or definitely missing!! I will literally drive over the bridge to a New London for Taco Bell, saves time, aggravation and my food is prepared properly. I wish I could add a picture of the Life 360 picture to show you they sat for 1hr 25min,

  This taco bell is absolutely horrible. We try to give it several chances but nothing changes. Every. Single. Time. We wait over an hour and a half for our food. It doesn’t matter if we order delivery, drive through, or picking up inside. Nobody knows whats going on. Nobody is at the counter to help you, and everyone we did talk to was horrible. We have been waiting for an order for ALMOST TWO HOURS NOW AND HAVE BEEN THROUGH TWO DOOR DASHERS. We called the store and whoever answered was nasty and mad that we called about our order taking an hour at that point…if you cannot keep up with orders DO NOT GIVE THE OPTION TO ORDER AHEAD OR ORDER DOOR DASH. save your time and go to new london. The workers there are kinder and actually seem to know what planet they are on.
