- DMD MDec 22, 20231.0Worst subway in groton. Go to literally any other one! Placed order online at 11:30, told me it was ready at 12. I show up at 12:10 and the woman told me she hadnt made it yet. I said ok, ill wait. She kept asking me what i ordered, I told her it is all on the online receipt. Then everytime a new person walked in she told them she “couldnt help them because this lady ordered so much food”. I ordered 2 footlongs…….. that was it. I didnt leave until 12:45.

She was by her self on a busy Saturday afternoon doing her absolute best to accommodate the long line, online orders, making bread, and making sandwiches. They definitely could use another employee there. I wanted to just put on a pair of gloves and help the poor girl get through the rush.

- LML MJan 16, 20171.0Inexperienced crew. Worker did not know how many cookies go with the meal. Credit card machine keypad was broken and could not enter pin. Workers did not understand that the keypad was not working even after I showed them 6 times. One of the workers was demanding for me to pay cash instead and I needed to pay a inconvenience fee. Worst subway experience I ever encountered. Would not recommend anyone to going to this location.
