I placed my order at 1:10pm and it is 1:35 currently and it is still not ready. The staff is usually very friendly so i'm unsure at this point if its an issue with management. This isn't a good location to stop at if you are in a hurry. I wouldn't leave this review if it weren't for the fact that this has now happened multiple times.

- KJKevin JoyceNov 21, 20251.0I go to the Groton Panera when I am visiting the Groton area. On many occasions I have ordered multiple cups for the same pickup time. There was 1 cup on the counter even though all were marked completed. It's not hard to put a cup out if a slip prints. The iced coffee is just as bad as the Waterford Panera. The iced tea is darker than the iced coffee. The product is very weak and lacking flavor. I thought Panera's claim to fame was supposed to be consistency. The Panera we go to in MA almost always has great iced coffee but I have yet to get a good cup at the Groton or Waterford stores. Looking at the staff, I suspect they are managed by the same people. It's really not difficult to make good iced coffee. Why does Groton have a fireplace if they don't turn it on? They should probably have it serviced, since the soot on the doors would make it difficult to enjoy the ambience. The manager is always friendly at the store.
